Vendor: After contacting several agencies I decided to use Lucinda of APMA because she was offering a face to face meeting. She met me at home at short notice. I found this meeting to be very informative. She set out the steps involved in the selling process clearly for me. She then went on to expedite the sale for me, again at short notice.
When the first meetings with the potential purchasers were organised, Lucinda sent me details of what was required and how to approach the meetings and she continued to hand hold throughout the whole process. She made herself available after office hours when it was easier for me to talk freely. The process allowed me to choose for myself who to sell the business to out of all of the interested parties.
