Vendor: I had a very detailed initial meeting with Lucinda so that she was able to find out in depth about my practice and set out in detail the steps required to maximise the number of potential purchasers and guide me through the sale process and likely timetable.
The process proceeded with the minimum of involvement from myself and identified 27 interested purchasers. Lucinda and I were able to produce from this a short list of six firms who all made offers for my practice.
