Vendor: Having done over 40 years in the profession, I feel that now is the right time to start handing over the reins. I wanted to crystallise my goodwill whilst at the same time continuing to work ! The last thing I wanted to do was to start the process in a couple of years time! Lucinda, told me this could easily be done, and the arrangements I have allow me to do exactly that. She has been exemplary in her conduct throughout, “holding my hand“ when necessary and guiding me through what is quite an involved process.
