This is a c.30 page sale and purchase agreement which gives structure to any agreement to buy and sell an accountancy practice. While it cannot suit all situations it may be adapted & offers an excellent starting point setting out a range of clauses which you may wish to use in your final agreement.
This version is for the purchase of the shares (the transaction includes the goodwill).

If first completed & then passed to a solicitor to be checked over (whose normal fees could be in the range of £2,000 – £8,000), it should save on legal fees & compress the timeframe for the deal.
