  2. with turnover of £500k – £1.5M+ (flexible in either direction)
Purchaser: 
  1. seeks to grow practice client base through provision of support & investment in marketing (not corp fin, etc.)
  2. is independent & proactive
  3. can demonstrate excellent business acumen both in the Profession & generally
  4. has an excellent pedigree
  5. has a track record in the organic growth of a range of businesses
  6. is willing to offer complete flexibility in terms of the deal to be struck.
The Purchaser will:
  1. retain staff
  2. retain principals during the handover period if they are willing & available
  3. retain principals beyond the handover period, as required
  4. retain suitable premises, as required – this could be on a leased basis or they may buy the freehold
  5. will work closely with the principals to ensure a smooth transition & to maximise client & staff retention
  6. pay significantly above the going rate for the right practice
