- Will consider establishing a branch office, or bolting fees onto an existing office
- Will retain staff – but has sufficient manpower if vending firm is under-resourced in this area
- Buyer is in funds now & is ready to move
- Will pay up to 1.2x for the ideal acquisition
- Flexible in all respects.
