- Comes with an established audit department
- Has a tax department (desired but not essential).

- has a proven track record in successful acquisitions
- is based in Central London.
The incoming party(s) will:
- work as an ambassador for the new entity
- drive the combined business forwards
- grow the UK operation overall.
