- Clients could be serviced from anywhere subject to the provision of one thorough annual meeting on site.
- New clients have come via referrals only.
- Typically the partnerships are made up of four Partners.
Work done:
- Accounts preparation, partnership & personal tax, completion of NHS pension certificates & forecasts together with ongoing advice on bookkeeping & profit maximisation.
- There are occasional opportunities for additional personal tax planning & pension tax planning work.
Fees:
- Mainly fixed fee
- Many pay monthly
- Monthly income of c.£7,000.
Sub-contractor:
- Competent & experienced
- Assists with the clients in all respects except for the tax and pensions work
- Retention preferred but is not a requirement.
Sale & handover:
- A comprehensive handover will be given
- Sale to be agreed during February, 2021
- Handover to be effected during March, 2021.
Possible purchaser profile:
- A regional practice with healthcare clients
- A a national firm
- A first time buyer
- Must be a medical specialist or be able to demonstrate sufficient experience in this area.
