The Purchasing firm is an established, qualified and ambitious practice based in South London which seeks to consolidate its position through acquisition, growing the fee base and stream-lining processes whilst maintaining an excellent level of customer service.
Following the sale itself the staff acquired will be retained under TUPE while the Principal(s) will have the opportunity to remain on a consultancy basis or with a stake in the entity going forwards. The departing incumbent(s) will work with the new owners to over-see the transition ensuring stability of the client base is maintained. The new entity will benefit from the excellent resources available to it via the Purchaser’s existing business. The Purchasing firm will be happy to retain suitable premises, further enhancing continuity for the practice.
For the perfect fit the Purchaser is committed to paying well above the going rate, but a less than perfect acquisition can still expect an attractive deal.
Although flexible in all respects, the ideal acquisition will be a profitable, well-run practice turning over c.£250k with a pre-dominance of limited company clients and SMEs which demonstrate good growth potential and which pay monthly.
