For the perfect fit the Purchaser is committed to paying up to 1.6 x GRF, but a less than perfect acquisition can still expect an attractive deal.
The office is established with a proven track record in acquisition and in client retention. On a day to day basis the two offices are run independently of each other although the London office benefits from the impressive resources available to it via the other much larger office. Alongside general compliance work for clients of all sizes, the organisation has a strong suit in advisory work for High Net Worth clients.
As part of their expansion strategy they wish either to acquire an existing practice(s) (with or without staff and premises) or blocks of fees of any size up to c.£1M or more (flexible upwards). As well as compliance and advisory work they will consider online fees.
