Draft Sale Agreement – Limited Company to Limited Company

This is a 23 page (approx) sale agreement which gives structure to any agreement to buy and sell a practice. While it cannot suit all situations it may be readily adapted. If completed and passed to a solicitor (whose normal fees could be in the range of £2,000 to £8,000) for him to cast his eyes over, it should save legal fees and compress the time frame. If you also purchase APMA’s master Heads of Agreement Document and Due Diligence Issues Document, the time to completion, and the legal costs, should be very considerably reduced.
